That second point is important. Big sales can limit refund flexibility.
On the positive side, their warranty is strong. They offer a 5-year warranty on their larger panels. That’s one of the better warranty periods in the industry. Smaller battery-powered devices typically come with a 1-year warranty, which is fairly standard.
Payment-wise, they accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HSA/FSA, and Afterpay financing.
Overall: reasonable return window, strong warranty, but some limitations to be aware of.
Creditability
From a credibility standpoint, there are positives and areas for improvement.
They are not making exaggerated medical claims. Their marketing avoids wild promises, which is a good sign.
When it comes to power output and specifications, they outperform most companies by publishing both solar power meter readings and spectrometer readings.
Solar meter readings are usually higher and less precise. Spectrometer readings are more accurate and typically lower. Many companies only show the bigger number. Block Blue Light publishes both. I’ve tested their panels myself using my own spectrometer, and my readings closely matched theirs. That tells me they’re not inflating their numbers.
Ideally, I’d like to see independent third-party lab reports published publicly. They don’t currently provide that level of transparency. They reference compliance standards and certifications on their website, but it would be better if those certificates were downloadable so customers could verify them directly.
They use the phrase “FDA registered.” That does not mean FDA approved. That distinction matters.
Overall credibility: good.
Transparency: decent, but could be better.

Block Blue Light still has strong roots in blue light blocking products, but their red light therapy lineup is now substantial.
