Well, it's time for maybe one of the biggest announcements of the year. No need to say anything; you'll see it below...
Also this week, Alex has a spectacular vid on why he changes his measurement distance with testing panels, Bart has a great interview with Jon Grant on why panels are still the best tool for overall health, and more...
Fasten your seatbelt, as here we go:
NEW: Benefits & Health Conditions Tool - Making Your Life Easier
This week will be a little different than the usual science article breakdown that I do in this newsletter.
Why?
Because I've got a big announcement to make!
I just published a new version of what was previously called the "Science Tool" - I renamed it the "Benefits & Health Conditions Tool" -to better reflect what I'm trying to accomplish.
That new tool, completely rebuilt from scratch, lets you search for different benefits and health conditions and the best light therapy strategies I recommend for them. Check out the updated tool here:

Right now, the tool includes 50+ health conditions and benefits you can easily search for. The goal here is to:
- Make finding the best device for the health condition much easier for you
- Find my science-based articles on each topic much more easily
- Have 1 page that I can easily update over time - my goal here is to update all of every recommendations based on the latest publications
- Create an easier overview of everything already published on the Light Therapy Insiders website. Many people don't realize we've already published over 400 articles.
- Find all of my updates in 1 place
- Most of the articles I've written over the years are also in that tool, and I'm the process of updating these articles too.
So the goal is this: update each science article every year, whether it's on arthritis, or tinnitus, or fibromyalgia. Then, update the device recommendations in that article too. And, when I update both the science and device recommendations, I'll also update the recommendations in the Benefits & Health Conditions Tool.
That way, you always have access to the latest findings on a topic, as well as treatment protocols, science-based dosing, and device recommendations.
I do aim to expand this tool even further, however, very soon:
- Update all of the articles that are used right now to inform what devices I recommend and what dosing I recommend
- Put a system in place that lets you easily see how strong the scientific evidence is on a given topic. I probably will use a 1-5 star system here
- Add more treatment protocols for each of these topics, or at least simplify them. Such as: "Use device X at 6 inches, 3X per week, for 20 minutes" as a starting point for your dosing
- And any other suggestions.
But for now, the end result is this. For each topic, such as the tinnitus example below, you see any articles/videos I've published on thet topic with links, devices I recommend, and some notes on the science that's taken from my articles/videos:

Then, on the top left of the screen, there's a "Category" selector, where you can filter on different tissues, such as "Brain & Mental Health", for instance, which will pull up these findings:

(Yes I still have to add Alzheimer's Disease there - that will be out soon so stay tuned for that!)
I'm also very curious about you think about this. So join our Facebook group and let me know, please!
Or instead, wait until my video is out on this topic very soon. Just subscribe to our YT channel and you'll see my intro vid about the Benefits & Health Conditions Tool come out soon!
By the way, Alex also has some huge surprises out for the end of the year on our YT channel. There's a new panel comparison for 2026, a new Buyer's Guide, tons of videos for Black Friday and Cyber Monday with huge savings.
But for now?
Check out the Benefits & Health Conditions Tool below - I'll be adding dozens of topics soon as well, many of which are already finished, such as specialized eye health topics, the heart, lungs, blood pressure, etc., so eventually it will be 75-100 topics in there, which I aim to update yearly:

Here Are Our Latest Light Therapy Insiders' Articles:
Every single article that we've published recently - you can find the videos in the article itself:
